Chronic Injuries

I’m 42 years old. I’ve been training for at least 20 years. I’ve never had any injuries until the last couple of years. Now, due to nagging injuries I may have to stop doing deep squats and bench.(My two favorites). I may have to add Bent Rows to that list too. Anyway, my question is: Should I replace squats with Dead Lifts? I love Deads and so far my low back can tolerate them.

What about hip-belt squats? I’ve never done them before. That would take the load off of my back and still allow me to squat, but I dont know how effective they are.
