Chronic Fatigue Syndrome

I dont eat much I’m on a low budget atm. I’ll be honest I eat like shit. I’m no longer a protein bro like I used to be lol

You actually look like if you started now with a good plan you could make significant progress over the next couple of years.

There’ve been a ton of threads over the years about setting up a cheap diet. This is also a good general guideline: Tip: The College Diet For Iron Addicts

Fixing the diet is the foundation and priority, because that’s your main problem. Get it sorted out and then you’ll be able to progress in the gym and put back on size.

Ok I’ll address my diet. Thanks man

That’s quite the… dick breaking combo!

Also @Chris_Colucci whilst I’ve never been formally diagnosed, my pain specialist (don’t see him anymore though) indicated I may have this… and I will say… for ME, slightly above physiologic androgen concentrations has helped quite a bit

But… this guy… no, his symptomatology doesn’t line up… I was never particularly “weak” either… just tired and in pain all the time

Hey I have CFS too but no diagnosis. What are androgen concentrations? And how have they helped you?

This thread is fucking dumb.

Edit for clarification: The responses from the OP, not the responses to the OP… those have all been spot-on

Don’t use steroids… The long term ailment isn’t worth it…

If you’ve actually got CFS and hypogonadism (so you’re on TRT or something) I could see justification for slightly above physiologic maintenance, but not “fat cycles”

Ok what’s your point?

You have no business taking any AAS, and quite honestly, any supplements if you don’t see my point.

I’m sure that 150mg of cheap whey protein will be a game changer for you

I envy your budget :joy::joy:

Another possible game changer would be hard work, reasonable expectations and eating 95% clean for a year.

Those sound difficult, do they come in pill form?
