I understand chromium's importance with regard to insulin and would like to supplement with the best form possible. Chromium picolinate seems to have the market cornered, but I have heard that Chromium polynicotinate is the most effective form available. Is there anyone who could weigh in on this topic?
Are you fairly certain that you are insulin resistant? If not, chromium is pretty useless.
Look for the initials GTF which means Glocose Tolerance Factor.
