I was just wondering what kind of cycles everone is doing during the christmas holidays?
Diet cycle? Training cycle? Steroid cycle? Bi-cycle?
Dieting until the New Year’s eve, full-blown compulsive overeating extravaganza during the event itself, maintenance for the first seven days of 2002 accompanied by off-gym experience, first in 8 months and then bulk my ass off for at least 4 months.
My holiday cycle: eat til I can’t move, lay stationery on couch for a few hours, eat some more, go to bed. Workout by making frequent trips to the bathroom. I wish I were kidding.
