You once mentioned yours daily schedule:
As some of you might know my schedule is crazy busy at the moment. An average day might look like this:
3:30am Wake up
4:00am Feed the baby
4:45am Go to the gym
5:00 - 5:40ish Train
6:00 - Eat
6:30 Walk the dogs
7:15: Feed the baby
7:30ish Answer forum questions/write article
9:00 - 13:00 - Coaching/Teaching coaching staff
13:30 Eat
14:00 - 17:00 Work (can be writing programs, articles, creating seminar,or any other project)
17:30 Eat
18:00 Feed the baby
Then from around 18:30 to 20:00 it is 'me time" in which I either watch a series or read a book
Go to bed at 8
Can you please be more specific how able you are to eat up all yours nutrients? I assume that you must eat about 220 - 280g P, 400-500g C and some fats. Do you manipulate with all carbs around traning and most of them are in “liquid” form? I suppose that protein you supplements with metabolic drive between meals.
