Christian's Ab workout 2 overtraining?

The workout is broken up in to 3 supersets, with a weekly periodization of 3 sets 1st week, 4 sets second week, 3 sets third week, and 6 sets fourth week.

I’m doing 4th week right now, and 6 sets seems like far too many. Workout is taking over an hour to complete, up to an hour and a half. Are those numbers correct?
