I thought I'd give this program a try. On many of the exercizes, I was only able to do a few reps. My obliques/intercoastals must must real weak. And I got a few funny looks falling off the Swiss ball.

When doing the Incline Praying Mantis, I felt a lot of pain in my shoulders, and only a little bit in my abs. Is my ball too big?

Anyone else try this program?

I've done it and loved it. Another great ab program is John Davies ab program found here: http://www.t-mag.com/articles/205abs2.html

Do CT's for 6 weeks and then davies for 6 weeks and you'll be well on your way to having a strong and functional torso.

Any idea on why my shoulders hurt when doing the Incline Praying Mantis? Am I doing them wrong?
