I thought I’d give this program a try. On many of the exercizes, I was only able to do a few reps. My obliques/intercoastals must must real weak. And I got a few funny looks falling off the Swiss ball.
When doing the Incline Praying Mantis, I felt a lot of pain in my shoulders, and only a little bit in my abs. Is my ball too big?
Anyone else try this program?
