Is the black book of training secrets helpful for developing powerlifting routines, or is it more for bodybuilding and olympic lifting?
It’s geared more toward olympic lifting, sports-specific training and bodybuilding (in that order).
I am looking for something that will assist me in designing my programs for powerlifiting competition.
I would start with Dave Tate’s 8 Keys articles, that would be a good place to start.
