Chris, I got your football training program from you via email but I also came across a “High Octane” football training program on Iron mag. Which of these do you think is best? Thanks for your help.
Both programs share similarities but the one I sent via email is the more recent version. It includes several changes that I experimented with my players this past summer. I am actually working on a level two program and I just started the initial testing stage with some of my athletes.
The stuff on Ironmag was mostly written as a favor to a friend who had trouble with his online mag.
