Edit: little bit of an impulse buy, but Walmart has Kettle Bells on sale for $0.75 per lb. I bought two 60lbers, which will be great for chest and shoulders. They’ll be here Monday, which is perfect for my next chest day.

Did some shit. Don’t remember.
Went to Target with the wife after work and got suckered into going out to eat. We never eat at chain restaurants, but did anyway tonight. Food sucked donkey dick, but I drank at dinner. So apparently it’s a rest day. Gonna drink some Japanese whisky now and hopefully not set myself back too far.
Well, shit. I’ve come down with what everyone has. Hopefully, I lose some weight while sick.
Didn’t workout this weekend. Felt horrible. Back at it today with Deadlifts.
