I’ll leave it up to you. I can’t seem to decide. There is just to much info to get to at once! What would be the single best workout to just go at?
I’m a scrawny 146, I have gained about 4 pounds since I started eating every 2-3 hours. That was about 3 weeks ago. I’m obviously trying to gain weight. I would like to get up around 180-190. Bodyfat has gone up over the past year or so. Was at 9% now 11%.
Could someone please help me figure out which workout to do? Really stressing out here.
