Ummm you do. There’s different ways to go about that, and dieting is a little different than eating in a surplus. It’s far more difficult to find higher degrees of compliance and there are tons of things that can upset or disrupt that compliance.

If it were that easy then no one would be obese.

So we can agree that this is all just a way to increase adherence to diet, and doesn’t grant any “advantage” in fat loss, right?

Cause the diet you put me on last year wasn’t easy. By any means; in fact it was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done. But it was damn simple. So it’s not easy but it can be simple.

In that regard, I do feel lucky to have naturally a good ability to stick to a diet. People who don’t have that trait are at a disadvantage from day one.

Anything that creates a higher degree of compliance will give an advantage in fat loss.

And pretty much any diet that is going to get someone peeled, is going to suck and be very difficult.

Getting relatively lean isn’t that hard. Getting peeled is a completely different animal.
