TRAINING DAYS :
Meal 1 : 4eggs + 1/2 cup eggwhites cooked in 1tbsp virgin coconut oil + green veggies + fishoil
Meal 2 : 7oz chicken or fish or any low fat meat or shake + 5 rice cakes + 1tbsp natural pb
Meal 3 : 7oz chicken or fish + 1cup white (any) cooked + 1/4cup almonds + veggies
Meal 4 (45mins pre workout) : Shake ~1.5scoop + 1cup oatmeal + 1tbsp almond or pb butter
Intraworkout (sip thru) : 3scoops bcaa + enough dextrose powder to get 70g carbs
Meal 5 : Any lean meat you like (i use horse here…) + 1.5 cups white/basmati/jasmine rice + 1 tbsp honey in your rice so it taste gooooood. I use ketchup or maple syrup sometimes too, lol
Meal 6 : 8oz lean meat or 2 scoops shake + a bit less than a full tbsp of extra virgin olive oil + 150g sweet potatos (i usually put salt and pepper on that… you could also cook them with the evoo I guess)
OFF DAYS :
Meal 1 : Same as training days
Meal 2 : 1.5 scoop protein (or 7oz lean meat) + + 1 cup strawberries (frozen cost less) + 1 banana (OMG FRUITS) + 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Meal 3 : 7oz lean meat + 200g mashed sweet potatos + 1 tbsp organic butter (put in your sweet potatos) + 10 almonds + green veggies **If you dont want to use butter well fuck you… kidding just take 20 almonds
Meal 4 : 7oz lean meat (or shake) + 2slices bread (get ezekiel if you can) + 1tbsp natural pb
Meal 5 : 8oz ANY MEAT YOU WANT (dont be an idiot and eat saucages and bacon plz) + 1/2 cup white rice cooked
Meal 6 : Natural greek yogurt (enough to get your 40g of protein…) (or you can eat meat or a shake again here if you dont mind) + 1 cup blueberries + 1tbsp natural pb or 10almonds
