Chins and Rows in Full Body Templates

most Full Body templates in Forever have chins and rows listed in the main work, just to make sure: they should not count towards the assistance pulling reps, correct? Also, are they to be done in strictly in the order they’re listed (chins before press, rows before bench)? Can they be superset with the rest of the main work?

You are pulling right? I would count them.

Pulling assistance for those templates should be face pulls, band pull apart, curls, etc. Not additional rows or chins.

Sorry i should have checked the book before answering, no you don’t count them in assistance work in those 17 templates.
I would still superset them.
