Chins and Dips Maxes

I’m 165.
2x(BW+100x6) on dips (with a little left);
BW+70x4 - chin-up , BW+45x7 - pull-up

My goal is BW+135 on dips and BW+90 on chins for reps.

Dips: BW+175 x 5
Pull ups: BW+180 x 1, BW x 33

Damn chewie that’s crazy there. Plus you are 6’2 ish and weigh 250 pounds, post some pics if you haven’t already, that’s really impressive.

It is really hard to take a pic and lift at the same time.

BTW, those are my best ever lifts.

I figued something like that. I just enjoy being anal.

I’ve actually tested maxes for pull-ups and dips because at one point those were the two main upper body lifts I did.

Dips: 135lbs
Pull-ups: 90lbs

good news, after hitting a PR on deadlift last night, i decided too go for dips, did my first 5 with 10kg, found it pretty easy, so i decided too give 15kg a shot, i did 2 sets of 8, next week its going too be 20kg plate lol

When I think of pullups I think of an overhand grip, chinups I think underhand, and palms facing eachother (what you did) I would call neutral-grip. Nevertheless, nice work.

I weigh about 190
I can dip with 5 pretty easy reps w/135lbs
Pull-ups I can hit 5 easy reps with about 55lbs

250 dips 500 pushups 100 pullups not at once but everyday thats the workout i did for about a year and got some good development and endurance now some of the circuits i do are deffinetly above par spartan 300 in 42 mins max effort at 196 with 24 pullups 16

dips bw + 110x5x2
chins bw + 55x4x2

So my dips total is 295x5, chins 240x4.

I can probably do 8-10 of both, with only my bodyweight. I usually train with 10kgs on the belt, and then I can do around 5 on them.

My bodyweight is a bit over 100kgs/220pounds.

5rm dips with 110 lb (have done 120 but not in a while)
5rm chins with 90ib

6ft, 175 lb

5’6 145-150lbs
45lbs, 4 sets 5 reps, i dont know if i could do more, i am doing the shut up program right now, so thats the set/rep scheme called for and normally i just use a 25lbs plate for 10x3 w.e
