Chinese Squat Rack

chinese usually use these style rack(stands)

but i have some question about this

‘how do they change plate ?’

plates adhere the stand’s top part so it is impossible to add a plate or change their plates

sorry for my bad english

but i hope to convey what i mean now…

please answer me thank you lol

They lift up the bar a bit and slide the plate on with the other hand. The squat stand is contoured to fit the plates, and it gets deeper towards the outer edge of the rack to accommodate for plates bouncing a bit and to slide them on easier - so the only part that is contacting flush with the plates is the inner edge of the rack.
