Burial alive, after 3 months (assuming they live that long) in a maximum security prison. Make 'em live in the most dangerous block of the prison.

You are all aware though that the one group of people that is really responsible for how little child pornography and sexual child abuse there really is, are the pedophiles themselves?
As far as I know pedophile phantasies are pretty common (around 20% of men have them) and the overwhelming majority of pedophiles never acts on them in real live.

Maybe they could contribute to society by having medical experiments done on them. In between torture sessions of course.
