This long debated topic now comes to the people of T-Nation…Which power packed food do you like better? Chicken or eggs.
dark meat chicken, i like the taste and the protein to fat ratio much better then the profile in eggs. i’m not saying that fats are bad or that i avoid eggs. laters pk
EGGS!.. whites for P+C meals and whole eggs for P+F meals. They taste amazing. Chicken is great but, beef and fish can take its place. Nothing can replace eggs.
Eggs. Not only do they contain lots of protein and good fat, but, I feel they offer a better spread of vitamins and minerals then chicken. Additionally, if you get the good kind, you can have some omega-3, and the price on eggs tends to be lower then that of equal ammounts of chicken, as far as protein goes.
