to bang out 2 sets of 50 is impressive to me… So here is my July plan… 3x times a week I will do chins/pullups and at the start of each one I will start to work on one arms… the plan is 1 day weight chins, one day pull ups, 1 day neutral grip…but always starting with working towards a one arm chin… curse you

You’ll thank me in time. I will easily be jealous. If I can ever get to weighted pull ups I might try one arm ones.

I looked back through your thread and couldn’t find if you’d done 1 all out set of pushups. How many do you think you could do? And good luck working to the 1 arm pullup. That would be really impressive.

Steve-I haven’t done a max rep set … I don’t really know but a wild ass guess would be around 60.
