sure… I’ve been up to the 2 scoop dosage now and so far I can’t say I really see strength increases yet…I do see an increase in being able to maintain a higher level of effort longer. I also do see some improvement in recovery. Less sore. A couple of observations : drinking 34 oz of fluid between 4:15 and 5:45AM is brutal… normally I would suck down 3-4 oz coffee prior and 6-8 ozs of water during …big difference…I assume my body will adjust…and lastly, damn expensive…And one super friggin big negative…having to add flavor concentrate? bitch, bitch, bitch I know…but 70 bucks for a bag + the 5 for the flavor and I have to add my labor…at 4am…has to be a better way.
But I will use it thru my meet prep cycle and then make a final judgment.

Seriously, I agree with your assessments; drinking extra water besides the mixing amount is important; and it overnights fine refrigerated. I think it grows hair when I forget flavoring.

Having to down that much liquid prior to exercise can be very difficult and counterproductive to your efforts. For great pre-lifting I have a strong coffee and I add TMG, Ribose, AL-CAR, and Beta Alanine to the mug. I buy the supps separately in powder form and they mix into the coffee without adding nearly any volume to the drink. The taste is not great but so what the results are I have increased performance in strength and endurance. Other benefits from the supps are better heart health, fat burning, better thinking, and well better lifting. AL-CAR is Acetyl-L-Carnitine.
Been using this for years and it’s excellent. I use 3 grams of TMG, 5 grams of Ribose, 1.5 grams of Beta Alanine, and 500 mg of AL-Car mixed in the coffee. These supps are not expensive to buy separately and they will last a while. Also I always drink coffee black no sugar or any flavors or cream. The only thing I will add to coffee is those supps for better performance. Hope this helps.

work sometimes leaves me for dead and rehydrating
always helps me recover. lots of the pain I am recently getting
goes away with drinking a shit ton of water.
