Biker, yes I have used it for 3 workouts so I think its too early to tell. plus this past workout was a deload and I am easing into the dosage just to make sure my system is ok with it… after this week I’ll go to 1.5 scoops for a couple of sessions and then 2 scoops as recommended. Looking forward to getting fully in to it.
