Wow. That came fast.

Do you have your attempts figured out?

I woke up this morning at 3:51. (Yes, AM) As I logged in I wondered if I finally got up before you. Then I realized/remembered that it was 3:51 CST…4:51 EST. Dammit!

What KP said. It is coming around fast. Lifting looks good!

btw…do you still have my old email address?

It did come fast…kind of like my age…I seemed to have gotten here in a hurry!

I have my openers penciled in, but I have 3 “heavy” weeks to go so I want to see how I finish the cycle as I don’t want to overstep my openers (ego) and fail out of the gate especially since squats are 1st and they don’t like me!

But if you have any advice, I’ll take it all in… Thanks-Paul

Hey Skip, unfortunately I was out of bed at 3:28, yes that’s AM ( hahaha)…something, likely deer off the edge of my property, had my dogs in an uproar…I’m sure the neighbors love me this AM!

I have the att.net one…is that the one?

You’re doing nice work so keep kicking butt. And for goodness sake get some sleep.

Okay…I was up at 3:08 CST today. That would be 4:08 GST (Goat Standard Time). Did I get you this morning?
If not, I give. My clock goes to sleep at Midnight and doesn’t even blink until 3:00. So, I think this is about the best I can do.

GV- Thank you, sir…yeah sleep would be nice!

Skip- You win… Friday is typically a cardio day for me, but I dropped cardio prior to the meet so I sleep in…my feet didn’t hit the floor until 5:02 GST.

Looking strong Paul. Chin-ups after deads is totally different than doing chins first. Surprising how much deads fatigue the lats/bis/forearms.
