Hey Skip, Thanks…finally I think we are out of the woods. My wife had a post op complication that required a 2nd procedure so we put her in Sat and got her back Tuesday…so lots of late nights, not much eating…lost the 3lbs I had gained back from her first stay.but back at it this AM.[/quote]

When it rains, it pours. Glad to hear that she is on the mend and that some normalcy is returning!
Not that she’ll care, but give her my best.

That is wrong on so many levels!

Of course, I was up at 1:00, Monday morning, to do the needed work in Lincoln.
Sunday morning I have to get up at 3:00…to go duck hunting. My brother invited me, and I do like it. So, I had to say yes. Even though I find 3:00 a.m. to be rather obscene. Damned ducks better cooperate!

Squeezing off some 3" mag shells is good for T levels, though…

Butt, belly, beak, bang…and then beer !

Nice job squatting and benching. Thanks for supporting my struggling writing aspirations. One day I may be able to tell the story of how friends from this forum helped launch my career.

Looking good Paul even though the times that you workout are unnatural. I’ll be down in your neck of the woods this weekend, Canton and Quincy. Just 2 of the 6 games this weekend. Be at skate 3 just outside of Nashua tonight.

GV- my pleasure, Steve- enjoy the hockey

Those deadhang chins are impressive and nice work with the CGBP: squatting is addictive. Thank you so much for the compliments regarding my book. I don’t know if you did but please give me the same review on Amazon, it all helps.

Hope the “long pause” was intentional…

I’ve been doing my own deep tissue work on my thigh. It has helped a little.
Since I am doing it, though, it is probably better classified as “barely subcutaneous” tissue work.
