Here is my chest workout:
DB Incline Press 12-10-8-6
DB Bench Press 12-10-8-6
DB Flat Fly 12-10-8
Im doing this workout 2 times each 8-9 days
Is this enough to build the lower chest?
I heard Flat Bench and Flat Fly is enough to build this part is this true or I should replace Flat Fly for Decline Fly?
