Chest Specialization Routine

I do full body workouts three times awek I always start with chest because it’s always what I’ve had the most trouble developing. It’s improved ever since I switched to full body instead of a bro split but it’s still lagging. Any suggestions like focus on upper one day lowr another dropsets supersets? Open to any suggestions.

It’s working so don’t mess with current program.

Oh, and learn patience.
