Chest-Oriented Focus


I know you have given us some great advice on how to focus on ONE specific problem at a time and work to fix it before identifying another problem. I have read about different routines aimed at the shoulders, biceps and triceps. I have an obsession right now with bringing up my strength in the bench press as well as increasing the size and definition of my pecs.

What would you recommend to bring up this lagging body part?? Thank you!!

very interested to see what CT reccomends. Im suffering from a severely stalled bench of late and my shoulders always dominated, leaving my chest pretty weak.

In my next cycle I was planning on doing 2 bench days in my 5 workouts with one regular and one decline from pins but with doing regular bench press density work after the work sets in both (10 reps @ 90% 1RM little time as possible then 5min giant cluster @ 80%). Thought including an incline day too but then thats getting too overkill i thought
