i am doing them after main bench press movement for high reps and partial range of motion given triceps are typically blown out at that point after heavy bench, and i use dumbells and go high toward the head and hold at bottom for a sec and come back up and just stretch the shit out of my clavicular portion of pecs

i do them every other workout^^^^

@ GSUbarbell: Thanks for sharing your technique for guillotine . I like this exercise, but stopped doing it due to shoulder pain, always going too deep (setup for next homophobe comment). I think I’ll add it back to my chest routine again.

bro thats why i dont do it every workout it is very hard on the shoulders but the intesnes chest stretch you get in it makes you want to go waaaaaay deep putting shoulder at risk
