I have a fat problem in the chest, every time I raise more in my bench press, but the fat follows there giving a feminine appearance to my chest, somebody knows that I can make to solve this problem drugs or rutine, (nonuse of any steroids)

I hear the crack cocaine diet is very effective or crystal myth. Get serious and watch what you eat. Read the diets on here and try several till you find what works for you. Do a search on diet manifesto. Peace, k
