When doing chest exercises, how do you minimize the strain you feel in your front delts? This happens all the time with me, especially when doing incline flyes, and it can actually get quite painful- any way of shifting the emphasis off the delts and more onto the pecs?
Do declined chest exercises for a while, until the chest muscles become strong enough to take over for the shoulders.
I wish I could do decline exercises dude, but my gym doesn’t have a freakin’ decline bench, which sucks ass…
tuck your elbows towards your body. You might have to bring the bar down a little further down your chest…below your nips.
