Does it only seem to me or the chest dip is not dangerous (or at least not as dangerous as the triceps dip) on the shoulders (I lean VERY forward)?One. Two:Could one, theoretically, progress from a chest dip to a planche push-up on paralel bars? Like leaning more and more and more and so on?
not necessarily and yes.
"tricep" dips are not an inherently flawed movement. "chest" dips are not inherently better.
dips are planches with your body between your arms. or, planches are dips with your body above your hands.
