Arms Routine??? I call that “Bench Press”, especially if bands are used.
If you want to work Bi’s, do pulling exercises.
I don’t have one cerrently as I’m doing full body wrkouts.
The last bodypart split I had an upper body day that looked like this:
Neutral Grip Incline DB Press
Supinated Bent over Row
Incline DB Flyes
Neutral Grip Pull Ups
Decline Push Ups
Fat man Pull Ups
On a separate day I did arms and calves together.
Toe Raise
Single Arm Reverse Curl
Single Leg Calf Press
Pronated Tri Ext
Toe Raise
EZ Curl
Calf Press
Alt DB Curl
Toe Raise
