Checked it. Didn’t know what you expected since you haven’t told anyone anything other than what you eat.

So, how about letting people know if you are: trying to gain wieght, lose weight, maintain weight, if you are working out, how you are working out, if that includes cardio and how much, what your current stats are, what your diet was like before, how long you have been on this diet, what (if any) progress you have made with this diet, how long you plan to stay on this diet.

Probably a lot more info that I can’t think of right now. But, at least that is a start.

Oh, then let people know what kind of response you want. Something like, does this look like it will help me reach my goals? Or, anyone want to use this for their diet? Something.
