coming to the end of my carb cycling diet, based on thibs codex. im at about 11 percent now with abs begining to peak through. weighing 196 at 6 ft2. 19 years of age. cycling between low and moderate days with low being 80 g carbs and mod being 120g. calories for low are 1600 and high 1800.
wondering should i use a cheat meal or a super high day with a cheat meal to keep the metab running
