Cheap Bulking Diet, Any Good?

Posted in the training logs, but seeing as im doing this was wondering what people thought of my diet. Pretty low on funds hence the whole milk, and numerous shakes but i think it should be pretty good;

1:
Orange
protein shake w/ 250mls milk
3 Wholemeal toast
3 eggs
1/2 avocado
Supps: Mulivitamin, Zinc, 3 Fish oil

2:
500mls milk
protein powder
banana

3:
250mls milk
200g lean mince
50g pasta
Tomatoes,Spinach,Onions
Supps: 3 Fish oil

4:
250mls milk
100g chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
1 cup beans
25g mixed nuts
Supps: 3 Fish oil

5:
250mls milk
100g chicken breast
1 cup broccoli
1 cup beans
25g mixed nuts
Supps: 3 Fish oil

6:
250mls milk
protein powder
1tbsp peanut butter
1tbsp EVOO

Thoughts, changes would be appreciated.

Comes to about 3900cals. Im doing ‘Stronglifts 5x5’ (3 days) and fasted cardio (2 days x 20min).

I’ve been on a cheap-ass bulking diet all year and I’ve gained 15lbs. Everything is from Sams Club. This looks fine to me, I’m sure you’ll do fine as long as you keep increasing calories.

cheers man, yeah food is fucking expensive, cant believe some people can eat steak every day, im limiting that to one day a week when i go out

get a gf… have dinner at home,
then at her house after.
l would even take leftovers home

got a gf, and yes i do have dinner at her house all the time, leftovers aye, intersting. her mums a home economics teacher (cooking) so yeah the foods awesome!
