MRI today and power cleans
Welp, had the MRI on my hip today. Brought the films home with me and now they get to sit for the next 9 days while I wait for my next appt. with the ortho to arrive. Kind of funny how my fate is just going to be sitting there for the next week and a half but I can't decipher any of it.
Sadly, I think I'm going to let the squat go for now. No more chasing triple body weight front squats until I'm healed. The only meaningful lower body exercise I can really push myself on without pain right now is the power clean, so I suppose that's what it's going to be until I get this resolved. And I'm looking to do that ASAP. I want to compete at the Arnold next year and I want to be a threat for best lightweight lifter. I won't go if I don't think I can wreck some shit.

Not bad. Goal for now is to get 225 for 5 sets of 5. That should keep me occupied until I have a plan of attack.
