Charles Staley: Athletic EDT

Hey Charles, as i am a basketball player, i am very interested in your EDT system applied to athletic/power development program. I was thinking of taking compound movements, using 50% of my max, and perform extremely explosive movements with low reps (2-5) in about 15 min PR Zone. I am looking for increase in leg explosiveness for my speed and vertical jump… what are your thoughts on using EDT for/like this?
