Me and my training partner are training on this split-program, Blending Size & Strength (v2.0)
I’m just starting Week 11 of this week and am looking at a routine to move onto after Week 12.
I am bulking, my training partner is cutting. The reason I’m looking at switching is because I feel I’ve hit a plateau, though I’d love to return to this program after I switch it up a bit.
160 lbs, 5’10", 22 yrs old, bulking, good diet, started eating 5 meals a day instead of 3 about a month ago.
Bench 1RM: 215 lbs
Squat 1RM: 265 lbs
Deadlift 1RM: 275 lbs
My Partner’s stats:
220 lbs, 5’11", 21 yrs old, cutting, low calorie diet.
Bench 1RM: 125 lbs (can’t get the form for squats or dead-lifts yet)
Any help is appreciated, just looking to exchange favorite programs more than anything, try something that worked for someone else.
