Changing Routine (How)?

Without changing my routine I usually last for 5 consequent weeks. In my gym there isn’t much options to do… but does rep scheme changing count? All exercises the same, just other rep scheme. Will it work? Or dropping volume. For instance I drop 1 exercise, does it matter as a change?

Btw as I haven’t done this before, do you change out all the exercises (that are possible) or just a few?

Changing anything counts as a change, wether you are changing sets, reps, intensity, volume, order, or rest intervals. Certain changes may have a more profound impact on your training, but as to what “counts” as a change, there are many factors.

ys like above said it can be even small changes reps sets total volume, intensity, grip, feet placement, db for BB etc etc…

Yes, no

you need repetition as well consistency many ppl go to far into the changing stuff. sure form time to time make a BIG change do a different split stuff, exercises you dont do but nio small changes and consistently working hard will keep you progressing

If it aint broke dont fix it
