Changing Rest Periods


Hey guys,

I'm new to weight training. My question is, do you change rest peroid lengths for different set/rep schemes. i.e: If I do 5x3 with 60 sec rest, should I leave it at 60 sec rest if i'm doing 10x1?


I've always kept mine at around 60 seconds no more than 90 just because its easier for me to stay focused(Chad Waterbury was right..Who knew?)
