ok heres just a thought. i change my workout every 3-5 weeks so to shock the body into growth what about the diet? does any one change the amount of meals in a day, protein intake, i’ve heard people to consume say 200g protein a day for 3 weeks and then the next week 50 grames make any sense to you guys? anyone tried this? oh yeah i think i remember the person saying the body gets use to using amino acids as a source of fuel. Any thoughts?
