My boy (14) has joined the cult of the 5/3/1… Hope yours is well.

Been a week. Still can’t breathe well, so very limited volume. A freaking week between lifts. So muscles rested/recovered… It’s been a week last Saturday since exposure, 10 f’n days.

Prendnisone, Asmanex, Albuterol. Oh and a little primatene mist (epinephrine)… I think the only “productive” one is the Albuterol, well other then that breathing thing.

I figured any volume would have me on the floor. Tomorrow’s test, volume, upper body (but spread out though out the day.

Been working on lower body all summer, last maxes were December. From now to Christmas, heavy upper body focus.

Breathing is better. The preventative daily inhaled steroids screw up my digestive track. But breathing is nice. Might not be as out of shape as I think could be asthma… Certainly like the albuterol!
