Change in Workout

hey i workout every 3rd day. a fullbody 5x5. reason i do this is because i am a firefighter and only worked every 3rd day and thats where the gym is. but now i have access to workout all the time. would it be wise to change my workout or stick with my routine…

If your routine is working and you are seeing results, then stick with it.

Exactly. If it ain’t broken, don’t try to fix it. That being said though, it never hurts to switch things up. You’re body likes regularity because things become easier…which in terms of weightlifting/muscle growth, is a bad thing. You don’t want your body to become used to something, you want it to have to adapt all the time. That doesn’t mean change workouts every week, but every once in awhile, change things around somehow.
