Change in Approach to Dieting? Training When Fasted?

After being a follower of your HIT publications for almost 20 years I decided to purchase the Extreme HIT ebook.

A lot of the previous mentality changed regarding training. Do you think it can happen with dieting?

Can the program be used for rapid fat loss when combined with an intermittent fasting protocol?

Do you recommend or abstain from training when fastes?
