This is a great program for old folks or anybody with balance issues. My mom is 87 and had a stroke last year, and chair aerobics gives her a pretty vigorous workout without worrying about falling down and breaking something.
I would hope, however, that all of us here at T-Nation are able to do something a bit more, umm, robust.

On an unrelated note, I thought “Chair Aerobics” was when you had sex in a chair?
