On Chad Waterbury’s article total-body training, what is your suggestion for warm ups?
Joe defranco agile 8 followed by…
50 star jumps
20 push ups
20 mountain climbers
10 burpees
That will warm you up like drinking whiskey in an igloo
Or possibly give you a cardiac arrest depending on current fitness levels
Don’t over think it. Just get warmed up in a 5-10 minute period then get to work
