Hey guys. I am thinking about starting this workout by Mr. Waterbury:
However, I am confused. He lists all the exercises to do, but I do not understand when to do which exercises. He says to do 6 per session, but do I just pick any 6 out of all the body parts he has listed?
I am thinking that doing this workout, eating alot and taking 12 grams of Fish Oil per day should be a great beginner routine.
