Chad Waterbury TBT Program Question

Hey guys. I am thinking about starting this workout by Mr. Waterbury:

However, I am confused. He lists all the exercises to do, but I do not understand when to do which exercises. He says to do 6 per session, but do I just pick any 6 out of all the body parts he has listed?


I am thinking that doing this workout, eating alot and taking 12 grams of Fish Oil per day should be a great beginner routine.

you do 4 compound movements one for each major body group. chest, back, quads, hams, and two isolation exercises.

Did you get the excel spreadsheet with all the CW programs? do a search for it, there is one that is already filled out that will show you how it is setup.
