CF's Training Log

Background stuff, I’m 19 Ive been in college for a year and a half and I haven’t been consistant with training for any of that time, in high school I played football for 4 years, all four years we lifting in a athletic manor, so my workouts and goals will be performance based. I want to create this log to keep track of all of this.



Inc DB Bench Press 40x8, 45x8, 50x8, 55x8, 60x8

BB Rows: 45x8, 115x8,8,8

Standing DB Military Press: 45x8,8,8

Pull Ups: 5,4,4

Dips: 15,15,14

Haven’t worked out in a while, just getting used to the weights again and seeing where I am.
