CEO's and the Mortgage Mess

http://www.cbsnews.com/stories/2008/03/07/national/main3916355.shtml

These bastard-cocksucking, asslicking, dickheads made millions by trashing their companies. Shit I need to get in on that gig. I can ruin any company in no time flat and take home over a hundred-million. I don’t even need a college degree to fuck something up.

Mean while these fuckers ruin the company, cost thousands their jobs and countless others their homes, and they get millions for it. Where did I go wrong?

They definitely got greedy and were overextended in terms of their risk - though two of the CEOs here were of investment banks, and only one from a mortgage company.

This is quite informative really:

However, if you really want to get rich, start a hedge fund. You get a management fee of around 2% of assets, and then you get to keep around 20% of any profits.

You know where you went wrong, you have morals. Think about how rich you could be if you lost all of your values and beliefs. If you didn’t feel bad for fucking people over, stealing, fraud, and sometimes even murder, you could easily become rich as fuck. Let’s do it.

It’s really hard to claim the moral high ground when people can throw Iraq, Abu Graib, Gitmo and waterboarding back in your face.

Somebody needs to tell the Chinese they’ve misunderstood the topic.

The Mortgage mess is a damn shame. A lot of bad loans made to people who could not pay and people who did not have the sense to get a friggin fixed interest rate.

Im tired of people crying broke when there up shitts creek. Somebodys gotta make money why not it be a smart person.

Im not defending crooks, but being broke is better then being dead. Theres people out there that deserve an online bashing alot more then them believe me.

Yeah, I liked that one too. And when the company crashed, he did even better. What an asshole.

yeah these CEO’s are assholes, on another note I have no sympathy for people who live beyond their means by getting loans for stuff they can’t afford. Saving, investing, and living below your means is the safest path to wealth

Yup. You know there were people just working the system knowing they would get foreclosed on, but they treated a mortgage like rent and further knew that if they didn’t pay, it would still take a year to be gotten rid of.
