Central Canal Stenosis

Hi, i’m an 18 year old male and recently ive discovered i have central canal stenosis. That basically means the L5 disc in my lower back has compressed causing it to touch my nerve giving me pain from my lower back and radiates all the way to my right leg. I love to workout and doing excercises such as squats, deadlifts, cleans and presses.

My question is should i drop these excercise or should i just do light weight for them? I’m not sure how to approach working out now, so any advice/help/suggestion would be very nice.

Thank you, nhan

does doing those exercises aggravate your condition? if it does then you should probably refrain. if you can figure a way to do those exercises without aggravating your condition then you will probably find… your condition doesn’t get aggravated.
