CBL, Who Can Help Me Out?

Hi guys,

I had 2 questions.

1- in the pre phase from 10days. Should i eat fats with protein at night after my gym session if im hungry pr leave the fats alone. This is in the 10das before startng cbl.

2-I didnt bought the book so could figure this out.

SHOULD I CBL EVERY NIGHT I TRAIN or just once twice a week.
Im a competitve BB so train 5-6 times and hard.

So my question is should i eat goofd and junk everytime i train?
